friendly staff clean room great breakfast
the hotel provided good customer service with staff being friendly and helpful. the breakfast was lovely and varied. the room was clean and fresh.
i found that the room ventilation wasn't great as i could not turn off the air conditioning, making the air dry.

surprisingly lovely visit

friendly staff amazing shower great experience
the staff were friendly and helpful. breakfast offered adequate choices and was easily accessible. i found it a great experience, and i would consider this place again. the shower was pretty amazing and i liked the choices for shower gel and hand soap.
i noticed the pullout sofa bed was not too great, but it was fine for our short stay.

The room was very clean. The provided tea and coffee were a nice touch. The hotel's location near the shopping center made it easy to access many stores.

A Few Minor Issues

great location clean facilities missing soap used toilet roll
The location worked well! I found a McDonald's and a shopping center very close to the hotel. The provided facilities were also nice and clean.
I noticed there was only one partially used toilet roll in the room. I had to request another one! The body wash dispenser in the shower was empty too. I only discovered this after I started showering.

convenient Stay close to TRAFFORD centre

great location money value
i found the value for money excellent. the breakfast included many options. the location next door to the trafford centre proved very convenient for shopping and dining. i appreciated the easy access to nearby attractions.
the absence of hand soap in the dispenser in the bathroom was a noticeable oversight. this is an essential item, especially considering current hygiene standards. i hope they address such issues quickly.
